changes in items that you make in your estimate are stored with that
particular estimate only. Your original Standard Rate Book/ Standard
Analysis of Rates does not get affected in any way.

“sqm” or “cum” respectively.

My estimates typically have two
parts viz. Part A for Schedule Items (i.e. items from Standard Rate
Book) & Part B for Non Schedule Items. For Part A, I
have to apply a chapter wise percentage above/below the rates given in
Standard Rate Book for those chapters. For Part B, I have to prepare
the estimate after updating LARs (Last Accepted Rates) of items by
inflation factors. The estimated cost is sum of costs of Part A
& Part B.
Can I
make such estimates from SuperEstimator? |

easily……! SuperEstimator has the facility of
applying chapter wise percentages, applying inflation factors &
of grouping items in the report into Part A, Part B (& even
more parts) and then totalling costs of Part A, Part B etc. to get the
Total Cost of work. You can get the report in any format you want.
